Our History
Founded in 2018 and based in Kansas City, Kansas, the Neil Neurosurgical Foundation is a charitable organization dedicated to providing life-saving brain surgery for children in need in the Dominican Republic. We have expanded our neurosurgical outreach to better meet the needs of our patients while supporting the surrounding community. In collaboration with Global Surgical Volunteers, we work tirelessly to fulfill our mission.
Our surgeries are performed at El Buen Samaritano Hospital in La Romana, Dominican Republic. Additionally, our charitable educational donations, including school supplies, are distributed to orphanages and bateys in the La Romana area.
